Returns

We understand that sometimes things may not work out, and you may need to return your product. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Free from any tampering or damage.

To initiate a return, please email us at meembymehak@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and would like to exchange it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Gift cards or other non-returnable items.

Shipping Costs

If you are returning a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any shipping charges associated with your initial order are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and handling your products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange for the damaged product. Please include photos of the damage for a quicker resolution.
